Christmas in About Three Minutes

The Choral Connection is a group of 20 students at Ballard East Elementary. The group has beeen going for two years. They meet 3 times a week for one hour after school. These fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students practice signing in two or more parts and gain confidence in solo signing. They share their musical talent in the community.
The Choral Connection started rehearsals this year in mid-October. The students in the Choral Connection chose Aplington-Parkersburg as their charity because they wanted to help other kids like themselves rebuild their school and music program. The elementary students in the Choral Connection are excited to enter the Holiday Idol contest with their selection, “Christmas in About Three Minutes.” See how many familiar holiday carols you recognize in this song!
