The singers in the Assumption Women’s Trio are: Angie Hause, Charlie Kiesling, and Cathy Moellenbeck. We are part of the music ministry at Assumption Catholic Church in Granger. We are working moms with busy schedules who enjoy singing together and sharing our God given talents with our parish community. Five years ago we did not know each other. We were all singing in different parishes in different cities, and we believe that the grace of God brought us together to Assumption, to be musicians and now friends. Outside of our ministry, we thought it would be fun to attend the tryouts for the national anthem for the Iowa Cubs, so far the past two years we have sung at an Iowa Cubs game, the ALS Walk and the Des Moines Heart Walk.
