Swedish Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1cup sifted flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ almond flavoring
Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar; add unbeaten egg and almond flavoring
  2. Add flour
  3. Put into cookie press to form desired shapes on un-greased cookie sheet
  4. Bake until set, not brown, 6 to 9 minutes at 350
Makes 5 dozen cookies
