Heavenly Hashbrowns
Ingredients
- 1 large bag of frozen hash browns (~32 ounces)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Combine hash browns, onion, soup, 1 stick melted butter, sour cream and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Put potato mixture in a 9”x13” pan
- Spread crushed Corn Flakes over the potato layer
- Drizzle ½ stick melted butter over the Corn Flakes layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
