Heavenly Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of frozen hash browns (~32 ounces)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
  • Salt & pepper
Directions
  1. Combine hash browns, onion, soup, 1 stick melted butter, sour cream and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Put potato mixture in a 9”x13” pan
  3. Spread crushed Corn Flakes over the potato layer
  4. Drizzle ½ stick melted butter over the Corn Flakes layer.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
Serve and enjoy (and don't tell people where you got the recipe or I might get in trouble!)
