Mary's Holiday Wassail
From Mary Day, On Air
A very festive treat for any Holiday gathering.   I fix it for Christmas Eve when we get together to exchange gifts.  When the kids were little after Santa had delivered their presents, their father and I would relax infront of the fireplace with a cup of Wassail, alittle exhausted, and enjoy the quiet of the evening knowing that our four went to bed happy with their gifts.

Sunrise Casserole
From Jay Wells, On Air
The holidays always mean having company come over...and this is a great-tasting and EASY way to wake up to a warm breakfast for everyone!  One of the best parts is that it is prepared the night before (or even more in advance) and just has to go in the oven in the morning!  If you're headed to someone else's house for brunch celebration, wrap the pan tightly and throw it in the host's oven when you arrive!  >>Get the recipe
Tim White
Peanut Brittle
From Tim White, On Air
I really love peanut brittle, so one year I tried to make it myself.  The first attempt just didn’t work.  It came out gooey and soft.  I didn’t think I let it get hot enough, so I tried again with a close eye on the temperature.  This time letting it reach exactly 290 degrees…SUCCESS.   Try it, but watch the temp.  >>Get the recipe
Aunt Linda?s Sugar Cookies
From Kate Garner, On Air
These cookies are one of my favorite holiday memories.  Once upon a time, I could eat a dozen in a sitting.  Shockingly, there isn’t even chocolate involved, that tells you how good they are, but they’re not just for the holidays.  Anytime you need a great sugar cookie, this is it.  >>Get the recipe

Mom's Cinnamon Raisin Bread
From Karri Wells, Webmaster
Every year my mom makes dozens of loaves of this tasty treat to give to friends and family.  I love eating it for breakfast, toasted and slathered in butter.

Peanut Butter Fudge
From Ginny Ray, Asst. Webmaster
My absolute FAVORITE holiday treat is Peanut Butter Fudge. My mom and I make it together every year. It is hands-down the best fudge recipe, from a 1985 Pillsbury Holiday Cookbook!
