LITE 104.1 and Blank Children's Hospital present the 4th Annual Holiday Idol Contest.
The top prize is $2000: $1,000 for your choir and $1,000 for a charity of your choice. The winning choir will also perform at the Tonic Sol-fa concert at Hoyt Sherman Place on Friday, December 18.
Judges will select the top 8 choirs to participate in the contest and the public will vote online and text for the winner.
Remember: A choir is an organized company of singers, and for the purposes of the Lite 104.1 Holiday Idol competition, must consist of two or more persons.
Important Dates to Remember
- November 24: Voting to determine the Top 8 begins at 5:00 PM
- November 30: Top 8 will be announced on air and on the website
- November 30–December 13: Holiday Idol competition takes place
- December 14: Holiday Idol Champion Announced
- December 18: Winning Holiday Idol Choir performs at Tonic Sol-Fa Holiday Concert
