Britney Spears settles perfume lawsuit

Britney Spears has settled a lawsuit with a branding company over her popular perfume range, according to a report.

Bosses at Brand Sense Partners sued the singer for $10 million, claiming she double-crossed them by trying to cut them out of a lucrative fragrance deal with cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden.

Lawyers for the "Toxic" hitmaker hit back, filing a counter-complaint accusing the branding firm of withholding money due to her for her Radiance scent.

Spears has now paid out an undisclosed amount to settle the suit, according to TMZ.
