Rocker Bret Michaels is returning to his native Pennsylvania next month for a special club concert to mark his 50th birthday.

The “Poison” frontman reaches the milestone on Friday, but because of TV filming commitments he is delaying his annual birthday gig until April 6.

A post on the star’s website on Thursday reads, “Bret Michaels will returns to Pottsville Pennsylvania for a very intimate appearance at one of his favourite home state clubs. Due to filming of his new TV show Rock My RV, this is the first time in 10 years there has not been a concert on Bret’s birthday and this is the big one… Bret turns 50 tomorrow, March 15th. Tickets for the belated b-day bash will go on sale tomorrow.”
